Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside Ireland may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within our product or shipping prices.

All orders are carefully packaged to help protect delicate handmade items during transit.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** and include:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in locating your parcel.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

Scent'd Flowers cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to incorrect address details.

Lightly spray 2–3 pumps of fragrance onto the underside of the flower arrangement or directly onto the scent stone platter as desired.

Allow a few moments for the fragrance to absorb before enjoying the scent throughout your space.

Reapply fragrance as needed depending on room size and scent preference.

Important Notes:

* Apply only a few drops of fragrance oil at a time.

• Do not oversaturate the aroma stones. Excessive fragrance oil may cause temporary darkening, staining, or colour changes to the stone.

• Always allow fragrance oil to fully absorb before handling or displaying.

• Aroma stones should always be placed on a suitable tray, platter, dish, or protective surface.

• Fragrance oils may damage, stain, or mark delicate, polished, painted, varnished, waxed, or porous surfaces if direct contact occurs.

• Do not place scented aroma stones directly onto furniture, fabrics, bedding, carpets, or other absorbent materials.

• Wipe away any excess fragrance oil immediately.

Fragrance longevity may vary depending on room size, airflow, humidity and fragrance strength used.

These natural characteristics are an intentional part of the design and contribute to the unique beauty of each piece. They are not imperfections but a reflection of the handmade botanical process and the use of genuine natural materials.

Small botanical inclusions and natural surface irregularities are not considered faults. These natural elements that are intentionally incorporated into the design may also assist with fragrance absorption, helping your product gently release scent over time.
