Shipping Information
All Scent'd Flowers products are individually handmade and carefully packaged in County Wexford, Ireland.
As many of our products are handcrafted to order, processing and dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, seasonal demand, order volume and the nature of the product purchased.
We currently ship to:
• Republic of Ireland (ROI)
• Northern Ireland (NI)
• United Kingdom (England, Scotland and Wales)
• Selected European Union Countries
• United States of America (USA)
• Australia
• New Zealand

Processing Times
Estimated processing times are:
• 1–5 business days for handmade and made-to-order products
Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed after Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be longer during:
• Seasonal launches
• Public holidays
• Promotional periods
• High order volume periods
• Adverse weather conditions
Processing times do not include delivery times.

Scent'd Flowers uses a range of reputable postal and courier providers depending on destination, parcel size, parcel weight, service availability and delivery requirements.

The shipping provider used for your order will be selected at our discretion based on the most suitable service available at the time of dispatch.

The shipping charge shown at checkout is the amount payable for delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges
Orders shipped outside Ireland may be subject to:
• Import duties
• Customs charges
• VAT or sales taxes
• Clearance fees
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Scent'd Flowers has no control over customs procedures, import fees or local taxation requirements.
Any customs-related delays are outside our control.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information supplied at checkout is complete and accurate.
Scent'd Flowers cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from:
• Incorrect addresses supplied by customers
• Missing address information
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refused deliveries
• Customs delays
• Courier delays
• Events outside our reasonable control
Proof of delivery supplied by the courier will be considered evidence of successful delivery.
Damaged, Lost or Delayed Orders
Customers should inspect parcels immediately upon arrival.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• Photographs of the product(s)
• A description of the issue
We will investigate all claims and work with the relevant courier where appropriate.
Claims submitted outside the stated reporting period may affect our ability to investigate or provide a resolution.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to Scent'd Flowers because:
• An incorrect address was supplied
• Delivery was refused
• Customs charges were not paid
• The parcel was not collected
Additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be resent.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Packaging
All Scent'd Flowers products are carefully packaged to help protect delicate handmade items during transit.
Where possible, we use recyclable and environmentally conscious packaging materials.
Packaging methods may vary depending on the product being shipped.
