Shipping Information
All Scent'd Flowers products are individually handmade and carefully packaged in County Wexford, Ireland.
As many of our products are handcrafted to order, processing and dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, seasonal demand, order volume, and the nature of the product purchased.
We currently only ship to:
• Republic of Ireland (ROI)
• Northern Ireland (NI)
• United Kingdom (England, Scotland, and Wales)
Please note: We currently ship within Ireland only. EU and international shipping is not available at this time.
If your country is not currently available at checkout, please contact us at scentdflowers@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist where possible.
Standard Processing Times
Estimated processing times are:
• 1–5 business days for handmade and made-to-order products
Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed after Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be longer during:
• Seasonal launches
• Public holidays
• Promotional periods
• High-order volume periods
• Adverse weather conditions
Processing times do not include delivery times.
Christmas Pre-Order Processing & Dispatch
Our Christmas Collection is handmade in limited quantities and available to pre-order from 28 September 2026.
Christmas pre-orders will begin dispatching from 31 October 2026. As each piece is individually handmade, some orders may be completed and dispatched earlier where possible.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way.
🎄 Limited Christmas stock: Once a design sells out, it may not be restocked before Christmas. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Christmas Market Collection
Christmas pre-orders can be collected in person from selected Scent’d Flowers markets from November 2026 onwards.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you with the available market dates and locations. You can then choose the market that suits you best.
Please bring your name and order number or order confirmation when collecting.
Please note: Market collection is available from November only. Collection dates and locations will be announced as our Christmas market schedule is confirmed.
Shipping Methods
Scent'd Flowers uses a range of reputable postal and courier providers depending on destination, parcel size, parcel weight, service availability and delivery requirements.
These may include:
• An Post
• DPD
• UPS
• FedEx
• Other trusted delivery partners where required
The shipping provider used for your order will be selected at our discretion based on the most suitable service available at the time of dispatch.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
• Delivery destination
• Parcel size
• Parcel weight
• Shipping service selected
Shipping rates may vary from time to time due to courier pricing, fuel surcharges, and service updates.
The shipping charge shown at checkout is the amount payable for delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges
Orders shipped outside Ireland may be subject to:
• Import duties
• Customs charges
• VAT or sales taxes
• Clearance fees
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Scent'd Flowers has no control over customs procedures, import fees or local taxation requirements.
Any customs-related delays are outside our control.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information supplied at checkout is complete and accurate.
Scent'd Flowers cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from:
• Incorrect addresses supplied by customers
• Missing address information
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refused deliveries
• Customs delays
• Courier delays
• Events outside our reasonable control
Proof of delivery supplied by the courier will be considered evidence of successful delivery.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders
Customers should inspect parcels immediately upon arrival.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• Photographs of the product(s)
• A description of the issue
We will investigate all claims and work with the relevant courier where appropriate.
Claims submitted outside the stated reporting period may affect our ability to investigate or provide a resolution.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to Scent'd Flowers because:
• An incorrect address was supplied.
• Delivery was refused.
• Customs charges were not paid.
• The parcel was not collected.
Additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be resent.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Packaging
All Scent'd Flowers products are carefully packaged to help protect delicate handmade items during transit.
Where possible, we use recyclable and environmentally conscious packaging materials.
Packaging methods may vary depending on the product being shipped.
