Scent’d Flowers specialises in handmade botanical home fragrance and decorative products including fragrance sprays, aroma stones, preserved floral décor, gift boxes and home fragrance accessories.

Due to the handmade and botanical nature of our products:

  • Flower varieties, colours and arrangements may vary
  • Minor imperfections, texture variations, fading or natural shedding may occur
  • Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only
  • No two products will be identical

These natural variations are considered part of the artisan character of the products and are not considered faults.

3. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

All products sold by Scent’d Flowers are intended for decorative home fragrance use only.

Customers must carefully follow all care and safety instructions supplied with each product.

  • Store away from direct sunlight and heat sources

If irritation or adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately.

4. QUOTATIONS

Any custom quotations, pricing estimates or bespoke order proposals provided by Scent’d Flowers are non-binding and subject to:

  • Material availability
  • Seasonal flower supply
  • Shipping costs
  • Supplier pricing fluctuations

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations remain valid for 14 days from the date issued.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and accepted.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on this website are listed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed in full before orders are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Other payment methods offered at checkout

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders

Certain items including personalised products, used fragrance items and products sealed for hygiene purposes may not be eligible for return in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

6. PROCESSING TIMES

As many of our products are individually handcrafted, processing times may vary depending on demand and seasonal availability.

Estimated processing times:

  • Ready-made items: 2–5 business days
  • Handmade or custom items: 5–10 business days

Processing estimates are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship within Ireland and selected international locations.

Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Ireland: 1–4 business days
  • International: varies by destination and customs processing

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Tracking information will be supplied where available.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

8. TRANSPORT & RISK

Risk transfers to the customer once an order has been dispatched and marked as delivered by the courier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Scent’d Flowers is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses supplied by customers
  • Courier delays
  • Customs delays
  • Lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation
  • Delays caused by weather, strikes or events outside our control

Customers should inspect products upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours if an item arrives damaged during transport.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Under EU consumer law, customers purchasing online may have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing within the cancellation period.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in suitable packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Certain items, including personalised products, used fragrance items and products sealed for hygiene purposes may not be eligible for return in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Due to hygiene and the handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened fragrance products
  • Used products
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Preserved floral arrangements
  • Aroma stones once used

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damage
  • Packaging photographs where possible
  • Description of the issue

Approved resolutions may include:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, minus delivery costs and return costs in accordance with Irish consumer law.

All resolutions are issued at the discretion of Scent’d Flowers in accordance with Irish consumer law.

10. WARRANTY

Due to the decorative and handmade nature of our products, no extended warranty is provided unless required under Irish consumer legislation.

Natural wear, scent fading, botanical ageing and minor surface variations are not considered faults.

We will always endeavour to assist with genuine manufacturing faults or transit damage reported promptly.

11. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scent’d Flowers shall not be liable for:

  • Misuse of products
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities
  • Failure to follow care instructions
  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling
  • Indirect or consequential loss
  • Delays outside our reasonable control

Customers use all products at their own discretion and responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes statutory rights available under Irish consumer law.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product concerned.

12. ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

Fragrance oils and botanical materials may contain allergens or ingredients that could cause sensitivities in some individuals.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing product information
  • Using products responsibly
  • Discontinuing use if irritation occurs

Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin.

Do not ingest fragrance products.
