Welcome to Scent’d Flowers. By browsing, accessing, or purchasing from our Christmas Collection or placing seasonal orders on this website, you agree to be bound by these Christmas Terms and Conditions alongside our general Terms and Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
Throughout these terms, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Scent’d Flowers.

2. Christmas Collection & Pre-Order Terms
By placing a Christmas Collection pre-order with Scent’d Flowers, you agree to the following Christmas pre-order terms in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions.
Christmas Pre-Orders
Christmas Collection pre-orders open on 28 September 2026.
Our Christmas products are handmade in limited quantities. Pre-ordering reserves the selected product(s) for you while we produce and prepare our Christmas Collection.
Christmas pre-orders are scheduled for dispatch from 31 October 2026. As every item is handmade, production times may vary.
Some orders may be completed and dispatched earlier than the stated date where production allows. The dispatch date is therefore an estimated commencement date rather than a guarantee that every order will be dispatched on that exact date.
Market Collection / Pickup Orders
Customers who select market collection will be able to collect their Christmas pre-orders from participating Scent’d Flowers markets from November 2026 onwards.
Available market dates and collection locations will be advised separately and may be marked TBA (To Be Announced) at the time of ordering.
When your order is ready, we will contact you with collection information. Where requested, customers should let us know which available market they intend to collect from so that their order can be brought to that market.
If your order is completed before November, this does not mean that earlier market collection will necessarily be available. Christmas pre-order market collections commence in November unless otherwise arranged or stated by Scent’d Flowers.
Christmas Fragrances
Christmas Collection products are available only in the fragrance options displayed on the individual product listing, unless the listing specifically states otherwise.
Our Christmas fragrances are:
Festive Garland • White Christmas • Snowberry & Fig Noel
Standard, bespoke or alternative fragrances are not available for Christmas Collection products unless specifically offered on that individual product listing.
If a particular Christmas product is available in our Standard Fragrance Collection instead, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Follower Exclusive – 10% Discount
Our Follower Exclusive offer provides eligible Scent’d Flowers followers with 10% off qualifying Christmas Collection pre-orders using the promotional code supplied privately by Scent’d Flowers.
The discount code is valid for 72 hours only from the opening of Christmas pre-orders on 28 September 2026 and will automatically expire at the end of the promotional period.
The offer applies only to eligible Christmas Collection pre-order products and cannot be applied to other products unless specifically stated.
The promotional code must be entered at checkout during the promotional period and cannot be retrospectively applied to an order that has already been placed.
The Follower Exclusive discount:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Cannot be used after the 72-hour promotional period.
- Cannot be combined with another promotional code or discount unless otherwise stated.
Limited Handmade Christmas Stock
Our Christmas Collection is handmade in limited quantities. We produce a set amount of Christmas stock for the season.
Once a product or design is sold out, it is sold out.
Due to the time required to handmake each piece, we cannot guarantee that sold-out Christmas products will be restocked before Christmas.
Adding an item to your shopping basket does not reserve it. Your Christmas products are secured once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.
Limited Christmas stock is made for the season. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
3. Christmas Products and Botanical Variation
Scent’d Flowers specialises in handcrafted botanical arrangements, seasonal aroma stones, fragrance products and curated festive gift boxes.
Due to the natural and artisanal nature of our seasonal creations:
- Seasonal foliage, dried flower varieties, textures and colours may vary slightly.
- Natural shedding and minor variations may occur with dried and preserved botanicals.
- Product photographs are provided as a representation of the product and handmade products may vary slightly from those pictured.
- Handmade aroma stones may have slight variations in colour, finish, gold detailing, texture and appearance.
- Each handcrafted botanical arrangement is individually created and may therefore be unique.
These natural and handmade variations form part of the character of our products and are not considered defects.
4. Holiday Product Use and Safety
All festive botanical pieces, aroma stones and fragrance products are designed for decorative and ambient home-fragrance use only.
Please exercise care around Christmas decorations, open fires, candles and other heat sources.
Festive Fragrance and Aroma Stone Safety
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY
Where applicable, fragrance sprays and fragrance oils may be flammable.
- Keep fragrance products, dried botanicals and aroma stones away from open flames, candles, fireplace embers and heat sources.
- Dried botanicals are flammable and should never be displayed near an open flame.
- Always place aroma stones on the platter provided or another suitable protective surface.
- Fragrance oils may mark or damage furniture, painted surfaces, fabrics and other delicate materials.
- When refreshing an aroma stone, allow the fragrance to absorb fully before placing the stone near furniture or other surfaces.
- Do not spray fragrance directly onto preserved or dried foliage unless the product instructions specifically state that it is suitable to do so.
- Keep fragrance products and aroma stones out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not ingest or consume.
- Always follow the safety and usage information supplied with the individual product.
In case of emergency or accidental ingestion, contact the National Poisons Information Centre Ireland or the appropriate emergency services.
5. Bespoke Holiday Orders and Corporate Gifting
Custom quotations for festive corporate gifting, bespoke arrangements or personalised seasonal gift sets are subject to:
- Seasonal material and product availability.
- Christmas production capacity.
- Applicable seasonal order cut-off dates.
- Courier capacity during the peak Christmas period.
Festive quotations remain valid for 7 days, unless otherwise stated, to allow us to manage seasonal stock and production scheduling.
Bespoke or corporate Christmas orders are confirmed only once the required payment has been received.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Euro (€) unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required at checkout before an order is confirmed and processed.
Accepted payment methods are those displayed and available through our website at the time of checkout.
Due to peak seasonal demand and the handmade nature of our Christmas Collection, we reserve the right to limit product quantities per order and update product availability as stock sells.
7. Christmas Processing and Delivery Cut-Offs
Our Christmas Collection is handmade in limited quantities, and our handcrafted seasonal products and gift sets require dedicated preparation time during the busy Christmas period.
Christmas pre-orders open on 28 September 2026, with dispatch beginning from 31 October 2026.
Some orders may be completed and dispatched earlier where production allows.
Once the Christmas Collection moves from pre-order to general sale, our estimated processing times are:
- In-stock Christmas items: 2–5 business days.
- Handmade Christmas arrangements and gift sets: 2–5 business days.
During November and December, processing times may vary depending on order volumes, production requirements and remaining handmade stock.
We will publish a Christmas delivery order deadline closer to Christmas once seasonal courier schedules are confirmed.
Orders placed after the published Christmas delivery deadline may still be dispatched before Christmas, but delivery before Christmas Day cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery may be affected by increased seasonal demand, adverse weather, courier network congestion or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
Christmas stock is handmade in limited quantities. Once a product or design is sold out, it may not be restocked for the 2026 Christmas season. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
8. Shipping, Transit and Gift Deliveries
We dispatch Christmas orders across Ireland and to selected international destinations where available.
Available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout.
When sending an order directly to a gift recipient, customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient’s name, delivery address, contact details and any other required delivery information are accurate.
Customers should carefully check their delivery information before submitting their order.
Delivery may be delayed by adverse weather, seasonal courier congestion or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
9. Christmas Returns, Cancellations and Damaged Orders
Nothing in these Christmas Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
For eligible online purchases, customers may have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable consumer law.
Cancellation rights may not apply to certain goods, including products that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, where the applicable legal exemption applies.
For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance products supplied sealed may not be eligible for return once the seal has been broken where the applicable statutory exemption applies.
Products that have been used, fragranced, damaged after delivery or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may be subject to a reduction in the amount refunded where permitted by law.
If your Christmas order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where possible, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and its packaging. This helps us investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
The requested 48-hour notification period does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Where goods are faulty, damaged or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, your statutory remedies under applicable consumer law will apply.
