Returns Overview

At Scent’d Flowers, each product is individually handcrafted using preserved botanicals, fragrance oils and handmade aroma stone décor pieces.

Due to the handmade, decorative and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on certain items.

Nothing within this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

Your Right To Cancel

Under EU consumer law, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods for a full refund.

To request a cancellation or return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in suitable packaging.

Please note that due to hygiene and the handmade nature of certain products, some customised or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened fragrance sprays or oils

  • Used aroma stones

  • Preserved floral arrangements

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Gift boxes once opened or used

  • Sale or clearance items where stated

We also cannot accept returns where products have been damaged through:

  • Misuse

  • Improper storage

  • Exposure to water or humidity

  • Failure to follow care instructions

  • Accidental damage after delivery

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund

  • Partial refund where appropriate

All resolutions are issued at the discretion of Scent’d Flowers and in accordance with Irish consumer law.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Approved returns must:

  • Be unused

  • Be returned in original packaging where possible

  • Be returned within the timeframe provided by us

  • Include proof of purchase

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for approved returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

REFUNDS

Where approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow several business days for your payment provider or bank to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under consumer law or where the error was caused by Scent’d Flowers.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging the safe return of products.

NATURAL VARIATION DISCLAIMER

As our products are handmade using real preserved botanicals and artisan fragrance materials:

  • Colours may vary slightly

  • Flower varieties may differ depending on seasonal availability

  • Natural fading, scent softening or minor shedding may occur over time

  • Small texture or surface variations may appear on all products.

These are considered part of the natural, handcrafted character of the product and are not considered faults.
