To refresh the fragrance, lightly mist with room spray or fragrance oil as desired.

Flower varieties, colours, and arrangements will vary depending on seasonal availability and supply. Each luxury gift box is individually handcrafted, meaning no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. Unfortunately, specific flower varieties and colours cannot be selected.

As all Scent’d Flowers products are individually handmade, slight natural variations in flowers, colour and fragrance styling may occur and are considered part of the artisan process.

If you select assorted flowers, please be aware that flower varieties cannot be specifically chosen. However, feel free to leave a note during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

Important: Always place your aroma stone on a protective surface to prevent fragrance oils from coming into direct contact with furniture or other surfaces, as oils may cause staining or damage.

Processing Time

As all Scent'd Flowers products are individually handmade, please allow **1–3 business days** for your order to be carefully prepared, quality checked and packaged before dispatch.

During busy periods, seasonal launches, holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside Ireland may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within our product or shipping prices.

Scent'd Flowers is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** and include:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in locating your parcel.

• Handle with care — preserved flowers and scent stones are delicate
• Avoid placing directly onto delicate, polished or porous surfaces
• Keep out of reach of children and pets

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Natural variations in flower type, colour, texture and botanical styling are part of the artisan nature and uniqueness of each piece.

Minor shedding, fading or softening of preserved flowers may naturally occur over time.

These natural characteristics are an intentional part of the design and contribute to the unique beauty of each piece. They are not imperfections but a reflection of the handmade botanical process and the use of genuine natural materials.

Small botanical inclusions and natural surface irregularities are not considered faults. These natural elements that are intentionally incorporated into the design may also assist with fragrance absorption, helping your product gently release scent over time.
